REPORTS TO: Roofing Foreman
COMPENSATION: Hourly basis
Position Summary: Responsible for helping the Roofing Foreman to complete jobs thoroughly and efficiently. Enforces company guidelines for both safety (OSHA requirements) and professionalism. They are to be a backup for the Foreman if he is sick or on vacation.
Helps to train and educate the other people on their crew for proper material installations. Monitors the quality of workmanship from other employees on their crew.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helps to enforce corporate policies and guidelines. Makes Foreman aware of any violations so proper correction may be made.
- Monitors safety requirements established by OSHA. Responsible for ensuring crews are aware of any OSHA requirements on individual jobs.
- Maintains positive image with clients, public, and fellow employees.
- Helps to train employees so that future leadership and quality work is maintained.
- Helps to monitor material usage ie: not wasting material or throwing away materials that could be used on another job, utilizing materials that are at the shop before getting new from supplier.
- Helps the foreman with lining jobs out to complete them on time and on budget.
- Helps to ensure a clean jobsite and that all the details are completed.
- Able to work with another crew member without foreman to do warranty repairs and inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of roofing types and standard installations.
- Understanding of OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and fellow employees.
- Maintains crew equipment so that it stays in good working condition and lets Foreman know if repairs/replacement are needed.
- Valid Driver’s License
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Standing, walking, sitting (on job and driving), talking/listening.
- Driving with a trailer (as required.)
- Walking on roofs, both flat and steep slopes. Ability to work off a ladder
- Must have good balance
- Working in the elements – both cold and heat.
- Lifting varying weights, 25-150Ibs.
- Ability to travel and stay overnight if needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Heat, cold, and rain.
- High heights at times.
- Using nail guns, saws, blowers, can be loud at times.
- Sharp objects ie: flashings, knife blades, saw blades.
GOALS:
- Need to maintain a perfect safety record.
- Need to pass the online CARE training each year without guide book.
- Need to participate in the hands-on CARE training at least one time each year.
- Maintain a call back and quality rating of 95% or better
SALARY:
- $17/hr to $20/hr based on experience
- Bonus structure for jobs that hit completion and net profit goals
- Health benefits (Employee responsible for 20%)
- 40hrs PTO time after 90 days of employment with the company. One additional week of vacation after 5yrs of continuous employment with the company.
- 401k with matching after 1yr of continues employment with the company

- Helps the foreman with installing roofs and keeping a clean jobsite.
- Able to work with another Roofer without Foreman to do warranty repairs and inspections.

- $15/hr to $17/hr based on experience
- Health benefits and 40hrs PTO time after 90 days of employment with the company

REPORTS TO: General Manager
COMPENSATION: Salary plus Commission
Position Summary: Bringing in roofing and associated roofing item(s) sales. These sales will be driven by efforts by both Pressure Point Roofing Eugene, LLC. and the individual estimator. Estimator will be responsible to see that all leads are properly and thoroughly followed up. This is from initial contact through the completion of the job. Estimator will be responsible for the preparation, producing, and the presentation of the proposal to the client. Estimator is to stay current with material and office overhead expenses. Estimator is to inspect roofing projects after completion and collect on final invoices. Commissions will be based on profit of jobs after materials, labor, and overhead is factored in.

- Stay up to date with new and discontinued products.
- Attend training and trade conferences (as approved with management)
- Attending and working in trade show booth.
- Ordering Materials for each Job
- Inspecting Jobs in Progress to ensure OSHA and company rules and policies are properly enforced.

- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and employees.
- Ability to effectively define problems, issues, and solutions to employees, management, and clients.
